On average, properties across the North Shore spend just 25 days on the market, and even luxury listings aren’t lagging far behind at 34 days. These quick turnarounds speak to the desirability of the North Shore, where proximity to Chicago and the lakefront, and vibrant community living make it a perennial favorite for homebuyers.
