Pat prides herself on keeping up to date with both the primary home markets and the second home markets. What sets you apart from the competition? I listen very closely to each client. It is my goal to understand both a client's needs and expectations. It is my responsibility to find buyers the property they are looking for and conversely to find qualified and interested buyers for our sellers. I am familiar with mortgage companies, title companies and service providers. Ergo, I am able to make transactions go as smoothly as possible. What is your best advice for buyers and sellers? I suggest buyers take their time to look for exactly what they want. Do not get discouraged if you lose out on a particular property because we will find another. Sellers should make themselves aware of the market and price their home accordingly. I can help by advising them regarding the current market conditions. What do you love most about being a real estate agent? I enjoy meeting new people. Often they become friends and as their children grow into adulthood, I get a chance to work with both generations. What are your hobbies and interests outside of real estate? I enjoy our family and friends — we are an active group. We like to hike, travel and have family dinners... all the good stuff! And I always enjoy a good book.
