A Georgia native who relocated to Chicago in 2014, Luis began his career in real estate as a virtual concierge for a Chicago-based Airbnb company. Luis comes to the @properties family in a multifaceted role, working in tandem with the OSC team as a buyer and seller’s agent specializing in Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Edgewater, and Rogers Park. Luis brings a dynamic approach to real estate by tailoring custom marketing and negotiation strategies to maximize profits while minimizing the stress of the home buying process. Prior to joining @properties, Lauren was a dancer for several years at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL. Working at Disney allowed her to experience and cultivate world-class customer service firsthand, and she carries that with her in every interaction. Post-Disney, Lauren has worked as a yoga teacher and a retail manager. She loves taking the opportunity to listen and understand what each client’s unique needs are and come up with a creative solution for success. Lauren and her husband, Ben, were first-time home buyers and through that experience, she understands that buying a home can be an intimidating process. Her goal as a Realtor is to make the home buying process an enjoyable experience and to make each client feel supported. Lauren has lived in Lakeview since 2016 with her husband and their chihuahua, Rex. She thinks Chicago is one of the coolest cities in the world and is always discovering new reasons to love it! Lauren earned her BFA in Dance from The Ohio State University and loves cheering for the Buckeyes! She grew up in Columbus, OH but was born in Pittsburgh, PA so also loves her Steelers!
