Olin has received 4 additional designations after furthering his studies in the Real Estate industry and in 2015 graduated from the National Association of Realtors Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI ® ). He is also a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR ® ), a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE ® ), a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR ® ), and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE ® ). He is the team lead for the Olin Sells Chicago real estate team. As the lead agent of The OSC Team, Olin is not only a real estate advisor, but a self-described “tour guide” and “master networker.” He offers a personal, concierge approach combining his vivacious personality with individualized service, keen industry insight and constant availability long after the transaction is complete. After working in this industry for over a decade and working with renters, buyers, and sellers, Olin creates marketing strategies that leverages his knowledge of how buyers and renters think, what they look for in a property and what motivates an offer. With a degree in Advertising and Marketing—combined with a strong work ethic—Olin knows how to position a property in the current market, thereby creating maximum exposure and attracting qualified buyers. Prior to becoming a broker, Olin worked at Harpo Studios, and the Oprah Winfrey Show where he became an expert at dealing in high pressure situations. There, he gained a unique skillset including a knack for savvy negotiations, strong communications, and the art of professionalism—each of which has served him well in the real estate industry. Olin lives on the Northwest side of Chicago – you can usually find him on the North Branch Trail along the river either cycling or running.
