Chefs Curtis Duffy and Michael Muser teamed up to open Ever in 2020, and after a few months of service, the eagerly anticipated Fulton Market restaurant earned two Michelin stars. The dining experience consists of an 8-to 10-course tasting menu focused on proteins from the land and sea, and seasonal vegetables complemented with fruits, grains, seeds, and nuts. On the way to the dining room, guests will notice fruits and other aromatic items dangling from chains that hang from the ceiling, offering a glimpse of the ingredients in the menu. When the food arrives, the plates are presented as pieces of art with museum-quality lighting streaming from above. Ever also has a rooftop garden where many of the fresh herbs and vegetables are seasonally sourced.

Chef Michael Lachowicz is the mastermind behind Aboyer, the contemporary American-French brasserie located in Winnetka on Chicago’s North Shore. Aboyer offers a modern vibe in a quaint setting.
